Alexandra Schuchter


Alexandra is a private zoning and entitlement consultant who has done work both locally and nationally. Alexandra started her career at Diversified Partners in 2007, entering an apprenticeship program while an undergraduate at Arizona State University, and concurrently worked and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Urban Planning and Environmental Design. Subsequently, she earned a Masters of Real Estate Development in 2011 from the Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business.

Alexandra has worked on large and small-scale commercial shopping centers, automotive sales and service facilities, automotive malls, multi- and single-family residential, and industrial projects around the valley and western United States.
