Stephanie Davis


Stephanie joined Diversified Partners in early 2017 and brings over 20 years of professional real estate experience to the company.  Prior to joining Diversified Partners, she spent 7 years as a Director of Real Estate for Property Development Associates at Safeway Inc. in Pleasanton, California responsible for overseeing strategic planning, deal negotiations and property management of a diverse corporate real estate portfolio in multiple states across the U.S.   Stephanie’s proven success on creating value through shopping center income and gains as a result of redevelopment, leasing, sales, acquisitions and disposition transactions continually exceeded the company’s goals.   Stephanie completed many significant deals in her years at Safeway Inc, including a $95 million retail portfolio sale in Chicago and a $40 million sale of a 55-acre industrial distribution center in Northlake, IL.  Prior to her tenure at Safeway, Stephanie was a member of the peripheral land group at Macerich responsible for leasing large box format retail power centers and regional malls for the company’s Arizona portfolio.

Stephanie is a graduate of Arizona State University and began her real estate career in brokerage in Phoenix at Insignia/ESG and Colliers International.  Stephanie specialized in representing retail developers and landlords in marketing both power and neighborhood shopping centers throughout Arizona. Additionally, Stephanie represented many national & regional retail and restaurant tenants roll out and expansion including Brinker International.  Over her brokerage career she earned numerous awards including Rookie of the Year, Top Retail Broker and Top 10 Producer in United States in 2007.

Stephanie is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has served as the co-chair program director of the Southwest Idea Exchange event.   Stephanie values her long-term relationships in the real estate industry and we look forward to the addition of her leadership skills and continuing her career at Diversified Partners.
