Hemant joined the Diversified Team in October 2024 and brings with him over 38 years of experience as a Leader, Manager, Architect and Interior Designer.  His background includes managing commercial retail and office projects with sites ranging in size, up to 100+ acres.  He has led teams with experience in general plan amendment, rezoning, planning, construction documents and construction administration, with a focus on meeting the client’s schedule and budget.  Hemant is extremely passionate about his work and his enthusiasm is easily seen throughout the office, as he enjoys being a mentor to the younger generation or, as he refers to them, “the future industry leaders”.  Nothing makes Hemant happier than sharing his knowledge and experience with those eager to learn.

Outside the office, Hemant loves spending time with his wife, Sangeeta, hiking up South Mountain, watching sports, and traveling the world.  He is a loving father to son, John, and daughter, Anisha, both now grown up and enjoying their independent lives.
