Kelly joins Diversified Partners with an extensive background in commercial real estate and a strong passion for the industry. Throughout his career, he has completed hundreds of sales and lease transactions across various asset classes while creating valuable long-term relationships.

In maintaining a long-term focused approach, he specializes in advising and executing his client’s needs to maximize value and timing with a majority focus on investment sales, owner/user dispositions, and land sales.

Kelly is a proud father of three daughters and values family as his greatest significance in life.  He loves the outdoors and loves Arizona – all seasons – and all its destinations.  In the early mornings or in his available time he keeps active with hiking, mountain biking, and seeking new adventures.

Kelly is an honors graduate from Arizona State University with a degree in Supply Chain Management. This has provided him with a valuable background in negotiations, logistics needs, and real estate decisions while assisting clients with managing the full cycle deal flow from identifying a need or solution and managing it through financial analysis, positioning, competitive marketing, and execution.
