Matt is originally from Dallas, Texas and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1994.   He is an honor’s graduate of Arizona State University in 2009, where he received his Bachelor’s (BIS) in Business and Communications.

During his college studies, he began his career in sales, and was an intern for a local commercial real estate developer.  Growing up in Scottsdale has allowed him to become very familiar with the city and greater area and intrigued him to get his Arizona real estate license in 2011.

After graduating, he began working for what would become a billion-dollar tech/advertising company.  He was consistently one of the top sales performers and received several promotions.

Eventually, he would become part of the sales team that handled the largest brands across the country and world.   During that time, he was able to acquire an understanding of how to generate deals with companies of all sizes (local, regional, national, and global).

In 2019, Matt joined Diversified Partners as a broker.  He is part of a team with over 30 years of experience in commercial brokerage and development.  Their common goal is to always do what’s best for the client and to play a part in the continued growth of this great state.
