Pierce Sargeant

IN-HOUSE COUNSEL

Pierce attended W.P Carey School of Business earning a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration. Pierce also attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, earning a Juris Doctor and an LLM in taxation. In law school Pierce studied corporate formation, corporate governance, and business entities through Loyola’s Corporate Law track.  Pierce expanded his studies into real estate, real estate business entities, transactions, management, investments, and financing, and further expanded upon his knowledge through Loyola’s LLM program.  Professionally, Pierce has worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona, in-house counsel for U-Haul International, Inc., and a partner of the law firm Freeman Lovell, PLLC.

Pierce is licensed to practice law in the jurisdictions of Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and the United States District Court, District of Arizona.  Pierce has handled both litigation and transactional matters in each jurisdiction that he is licensed for clients ranging from state and local governments to private and publicly traded companies and has appeared before the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court.
