Rebecca has worked in the real estate industry for more than twenty years with experience in development, marketing, sales, leasing, and property & facility management.

Since 2019, she has focused on managing properties for owners and third-party clients. Taking a hands-on approach, Rebecca has managed office, industrial and retail buildings, as well as condominium associations.  Interacting on a daily basis with tenants and owners, Rebecca excels at intervention and resolution of all tenant issues.

While working in a business development role at Grubb & Ellis, her duties include sourcing and proposal writing resulting in more than 26.5 MSF of new property assignments across the United States. Using her property management experience, Rebecca developed, established and maintained marketing strategies to meet Property Management Services objectives.  She collaborated with all markets in collateral, presentation, and conference production, and developed a multimarket training program for RFP and RFI management.
